To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager (f/m/d) full-time.

 

Your talents

  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or tourism in a management position
  • Preferred ASA-J and ReGuest knowledge
  • Other computer skills

  • Customer-oriented and maintain contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner.
  • Good German, Italian and English language skills

 

Your duties

  • Independent administration of the reception desk
  • Staff management together with the FO Manager
  • Responsibility for the constant high quality of guest care
  • Reception and individual support for guest requests
  • Complaint management
  • Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
  • Responsible for a professional and quick processing of the daily incoming reservation requests
  • Invoicing the hotel bill
  • Accounting preparation in consultation with management
  • Advice of our guests by telephone, e-mail and in a personal conversation on site
  • Participation in department head meetings
  • Selling skills
