To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager (f/m/d) full-time.

Your talents

  • You have qualities for organisation, tidiness and cleanliness.
  • Experience in the upscale hotel business
  • Staff Management
  • You can work under pressure and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
  • You are open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further.
  • You have good knowledge of Italian - other languages would be an advantage

Your duties

  • Responsibility, management and organisation of entire housekeeping areas
  • Conducting and participating in regular departmental meetings
  • Control of cleanliness and hygiene throughout FORESTIS
  • Cooperation and communication with all departments
  • Maintenance organisation and control
  • Control of correct and efficient suite cleaning
  • Compliance with quality standards
  • Induction of new staff
  • Management of lost property
  • Management and control of the linen store and cleaning supplies and issuing of uniforms
  • Planning the duty roster for the housekeeping staff in coordination with the management
  • Receiving, forwarding and processing complaints
