To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Patisserie (f/m/d) full-time.


Your talents

  • Successfully completed a kitchen education
  • At least two years of professional experience in the kitchen sector in the upscale patisserie sector.

Your duties

  • Representation chief de patisserie and leadership of the assigned employees with the greatest care
  • Preparation and preparation of desserts, bread, sweets and pastries in collaboration with the Chef de Patisserie
  • Smooth operation during service
  • Impart specialist knowledge to apprentices
  • Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy
