In order to strengthen our young team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full-time Demichef de Patisserie (f/m/d) from May 2020:

Your talents

  • You have a completed kitchen education
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in the kitchen sector in the upscale patisserie sector.

Your duties

  • Representation chief de patisserie and leadership of the assigned employees with the greatest care
  • Preparation and preparation of desserts, bread, sweets and pastries in collaboration with the Chef de Patisserie
  • Smooth operation during service
  • impart specialist knowledge to apprentices
  • Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy
