Front Office Manager (f/m/d)

In order to strengthen our young team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full-time Front Office Manager (f/m/d) from May 2020:

Your talents

  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or tourism in a management position
  • ASA-J knowledge and other computer skills

  • You have strong communication skills
  • organisational talent
  • You are customer-oriented and maintain contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner.
  • You have good German, Italian and English language skills

Your duties

  • Independent administration of the reception desk
  • personnel management
  • Responsibility for the constant high quality of guest care
  • Reception and individual support for guest requests
  • complaint management
  • Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
  • Responsible for a professional and quick processing of the daily incoming reservation requests
  • Invoicing the hotel bill
  • Accounting preparation in consultation with management
  • You advise our guests by telephone, e-mail and in a personal conversation on site.
  • Participation in department head meetings
  • Taking care of the FORESTIS Shop next to the reception
  • selling skills
