Housekeeping Manager (f/m/d)

In order to strengthen our young team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full-time Housekeeping Manager (f/m/d) from May 2020:

Your talents

  • You have qualities for organisation, tidiness and cleanliness.
  • Experience in the upscale hotel business
  • personnel management
  • You are able to work under pressure and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
  • You are open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further.
  • You have good knowledge of German, Italian and English, other languages would be an advantage

Your duties

  • Responsibility, management and organisation of entire housekeeping areas
  • Conducting and participating in regular departmental meetings
  • Control of cleanliness and hygiene throughout FORESTIS
  • Cooperation and communication with all departments
  • Maintenance Organization and Control
  • Control of the correct and efficient cleaning of suites
  • Compliance with quality standards
  • Training of new employees
  • Management of lost property
  • Management and control of the laundry store and the detergents and distribution of uniforms
  • Duty roster design for the housekeeping employees in coordination with the management
  • Recording, forwarding, processing of complaints
