To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager (f/m/d) full-time.

 

Your talents

  • Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
  • Experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy
  • Host with passion and you respond individually to our guests and their needs
  • Leadership skills
  • Team spirit and willingness to help
  • Open to new challenges and willing to constantly develop yourself further
  • Sommelier training
  • Good knowledge of German, Italian and English

 

Your duties

  • Planning, implementation and control of the food and beverage service
  • Leading the staff in the restaurant and instructing the apprentices and trainees
  • Ordering goods by arrangement and accepting deliveries
  • Looking after our guests in a professional and at the same time cordial manner
  • Professional complaint management
  • Advising our guests on culinary matters
  • Responsible for the training of new employees
  • Creating the work schedule
