Spa Receptionist (f/m/d)

To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a SPA Receptionist (f/m/d) full-time.

 

Your talents

  • Experience as a receptionist in a spa, preferably in an international spa
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
  • Empathy, respectful interaction with your guests, supervisors and colleagues
  • Passion and enjoyment of your work
  • Sales skills and knowledge of the Asa programme are a plus
  • First aid training, otherwise we offer courses you can attend through us
  • Experience in advanced cosmetology is desirable
  • Good knowledge of German, Italian and English

 

Your duties

  • Booking spa treatments at the reception, by e-mail and telephone
  • Maintenance and sale of products in the shop
  • Communication with other departments of FORESTIS
  • Passing on information about the structure and valuable ingredients of our care products to the guests
