Supervisor: Executive Chef/ Sous-Chef
To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for Chef de Partie (f/m/d) full-time.
Your talents
Successfully completed a kitchen education
At least two years of professional experience in the kitchen sector in the upscale hotel and gastronomy sector
Experience in all aspects of the kitchen as well as a responsible division of labour
Entrepreneurial thinking
Clean and organised way of working

Staff management
Knowledge of merchandise management and control
Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
Creativity and flexibility
Team player with strong communication skills
Very good product knowledge

Your duties
Management of the assigned kitchen post
Management of the assigned employees with the greatest care
Smooth operation during service
Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards specified by the company and chef
Compliance with No-Waste principle
Monitoring the stock and receipt of goods
Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy in coordination with the Executive Chef
