To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Hostess/ Host for our Panoramarestaurant (f/m/d) full-time.
Your talents
Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
Experience in the upscale hotel business or gastronomy
Passionate host and respond individually to our guests
EDP skills, great organisational talent and enjoy working independently
Love of variety, looking after guests and the diversity of a job.
Open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further
Good German, Italian and English language skills
Your duties
Heart of our restaurant team and contact person for our international guests in the main restaurant
Planning, organising and coordinating of work processes independently
Handling of guest requests, communication to other departments
Creation of seating plans, preparation of work processes for the service team and respond to guest requests with great sensitivity
Actively involved in the guest relation interaction
