In western culture, shaped by the seasons, there is a tradition of fasting in two-time cycles per year. Still strengthened by the heat of the summer, the body and immune system are prepared for winter by fasting in autumn.
Programme for the entire stay:
Saturday until Sunday, daily:
- 8:30am – 9:00am Sound meditation
- 9:00am – 10:00am Breakfast
- 10:00am – 12:00pm Hiking
- 12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch break
- 1:00pm – 5:00pm Touch (appointments are coordinated on site)
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm Group coaching – individual workshops
- 7:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner
- 9:00 – 9:25pm Smoke infusion
- Farewell after 10 days of fasting
