The millennia-old meditation culture of our Celtic ancestors resembles yoga. Wyda calms the spirit and teaches mindfulness, intuition, and concentration, and harmonises the flow of energy.

Saturday, day of arrival

Monday:

  • 30am – 1.00pm Wyda
  • Afternoon at your free disposal
  • 8.00pm – 9.30pm Wyda evening exercises

Tuesday:

  • 7.00am – 8.00am Wyda morning exercises
  • 30am – 1.00pm Wyda
  • Afternoon at your free disposal
  • 8.00pm – 9.30pm Wyda evening exercises

Wednesday:

  • 9.30am – 5.00pm Full day excursion into nature with Wyda

Thursday:

  • 7.00am – 8.00am Wyda morning exercises
  • 9.30am – 1.00pm Wyda
  • Afternoon at your free disposal
  • 8.00pm – 9.30pm Wyda evening exercises

Friday:

  • 7.00am – 8.00am Wyda morning exercises
  • 9.30am – 1.00pm Wyda
  • Afternoon at your free disposal
  • 8.00pm Finish with a full moon ritual

Saturday:

  • Departure day, Farewell after the 7 days Wyda Retreat

Note: If we can't do Wyda in nature due to bad weather, we bring nature into the room with flowers, dolomite stones and water as amplifiers.

Bring along for the retreat: comfortable clothing, rain protection, sun protection, mountain boots, thick socks, a drinking bottle, writing materials, a beeswax candle, a fist-sized, round stone from nature.
