The circle ceremony

• The treatments for face and body are based on the FORESTIS tree circle. Intuitively you choose the tree that aligns to your current constitution. Sound frequencies create vibrations, which, together with healing woods and stones, create harmony and physical activation.

  After a gentle cleansing and face scrub on the skin, a firming serum and a nutrient-rich DNA repair mask are massaged in using healing stones by means of a lifting facial massage.

  Body
  An energy-balancing massage brings the body back into balance. The subsequent treatment with selected healing woods and healing stones promotes objective perception, supplies new energy, resolves blockages and establishes a connection between the conscious and the unconscious.

• A massage that comprises strokes, stretches and special pressure techniques and is adapted to the individual needs of the body in order to achieve sustained relief from tension.

Swiss stone pine

• The body is touched using a special pressure technique with selected wooden sticks that are attuned to the natural flow of the body. The sound frequencies bring the body back into balance.

Facial touch

• The face, neck, décolleté and hands are given a clear, even and radiant complexion thanks to our plant-based products, which are rich in natural vitamins and minerals. The selection of products is based on the appearance of each person’s skin.

  Following a personal skin diagnosis and deep cleansing with the scrub the eyebrows are shaped, blocked pores are cleaned out and a firming serum is massaged in. The nutrient-rich mask and nourishing face cream complete this effective treatment.

Private Spa

• Equipped with a steam bath, a bathtub with a view of the Dolomites, two massage beds and a day bed, this retreat offers space for physical and mental regeneration. A booking at the Private Spa includes a cleansing and relaxing salt bath, accompanied by a healing drink. The subsequent 15 minutes in the steam bath warm the body and open the pores, which are then gently cleansed during the 45-minute body scrub. This holistic cleansing is followed by a relaxing couple massage with effective forest oils, healing wood sticks and FORESTIS care products. The couple massage ends with time resting on the day bed, during which the body is reactivated with a nutritious drink.
