Around 100 years ago, near today’s FORESTIS, the Austrian monarchy built a spacious villa as a residence for doctors. Hidden away amidst dense trees, this south-facing villa with its views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, now serves as a private retreat that is available for exclusive hire for up to ten people.
With its large loggias, stone plinth and wooden façade, this architectural rarity reflects the alpine Art Nouveau style of the early 20th century. To preserve the charm of the original, the villa has been completely renovated and, in keeping with today’s standards of comfort and cosiness, has been faithfully restored in every detail.
