To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Sommelier (f/m/d) full-time.


Your talents

  • Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
  • Completed sommelier training
  • Preferably experience in the upscale hotel business or gastronomy
  • Passionate host and respond individually to our guests
  • Team spirit and helpfulness
  • Open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further
  • Good German, Italian and English language skills


Your duties

  • Compilation of wine lists in cooperation with the restaurant manager
  • Support and guarantee of a smooth service flow
  • Maintenance of the wine lists
  • Conducting wine and beverage training courses
  • Guest Services and advising on the sale of wines
  • Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the service
