Guests from the age of 14 are welcome to stay at FORESTIS.

Your booking at FORESTIS will be definitively reserved once an advance payment of 30% of the total price has been made and we have provided written confirmation.

The consumer protection code does not provide a right of withdrawal for our customers once they have booked their stay. In the event of cancellation, we therefore charge the following percentages of the total amount:

From the booking date up to 30 days before arrival: the 30% prepayment will be retained

29 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

10 to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount

2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

We charge 100% for the booked stay in the event of delayed arrival, early departure or non-arrival.

Check-in: from 3 pm

Check-out: by 11 am

You are very welcome to use our lockers in the changing room if you would like to check-out late without using your suite.

If you are bringing a dog, please inform us accordingly when booking. It is not possible to have more than one dog per room at FORESTIS. We charge an additional €50.00 per night, without feed for a stay with dog. One dog per room allowed. Upon request we will prepare a dog bed with bowl in your suite. When taking a stroll in the surrounding woods, please use one of the little bags you can find just outside the hotel to help us keep our environment clean. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the sunbathing, bathing or restaurant areas. It is however possible to enjoy the evening meal with your dog in a separate restaurant area. Your four-legged friend is very welcome in the garden and terrace area. There will be a surcharge for any damage done by your dog. We will be happy to prepare fresh feed for your dog upon advance notice and for an additional charge.

The local tax in the municipality of Brixen is €3.40 per person per night.

The FORESTIS is a non-smoking hideaway and we do not offer any areas for smokers indoors. Outside, the terraces and garden areas are at your disposal.

A carport located 50 metres above the hotel entrance is available free of charge to all FORESTIS guests. We also provide charging stations for E-cars there.

EC, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, no cheques accepted.

We can arrange and pick up medicines for you if they do not require a prescription.

At FORESTIS you can borrow backpacks, hiking poles and snowshoes free of charge. For your bike excursion you are welcome to hire mountain-bikes and e-bikes from the Plose top station of the cable car. We will be happy to do this for you upon request; additional charges are payable.

We will be happy to collect you from the railway station, airport, or any other place of your choice upon availability and on extra charge. Our two transfer cars offer superb comfort.

Purchasing a travel cancellation insurance means that you are insured in the event of delayed arrival, premature departure or non-arrival due to unforeseen circumstances, allowing you to have your cancellation fees refunded. We therefore recommend a travel cancellation insurance with Europ​ean travel insurance.
